JUSTIN::
1. Who is your biggest threat to you in the AFC South and why?
Paul Willis:
Biggest threat in the South is going to be Tennessee until further notice. I think our rivalry is one of the best in the league right now but doesn't get as much credit as some others since Tim and I get along pretty well and don't give each other any bulletin board material. Jacksonville is always dangerous but it seems like they're determined to move on from Rivers, so that could slow them down for a season or two.

JUSTIN::
2. If you had to pick one NFC team to play in a Super Bowl who would it be and why?
Paul Willis:
I think it'd have to be Tampa just because they've been the most consistently good team from that conference and it would make the game feel even bigger. It really doesn't matter that much to me, would really just hope that whoever we played was at full strength.

JUSTIN::
3. If you could GM any GZL team besides your Buccaneers who would it be and why?
Paul Willis:
Browns. When Brad was threatening to leave over the training camp article dispute(never forget) I put my name in to the hat for the job. That's been a few seasons ago now though so I don't think I'd leave Houston for any other job now. At least not until I get a Super Bowl victory under my belt.

JUSTIN::
4. If you could pick any GM to face and beat in the Super Bowl who would it be?
Paul Willis:
Again I think I'd have to say AF and Tampa because I think that would go a long way towards earning consideration among the "elite" GM's in the community. Would be nice to be mentioned alongside names like AF, BB, Kevin, St. Marie, Stanley and others who have been around a lot longer than I have.

JUSTIN::
5. Say you could relocate your team to any city - what city would you pick and why?
Paul Willis:
I'm a Browns fan so I'm not proponent of relocation.

JUSTIN::
6. Who on your team was the biggest surprise during the last season?
Paul Willis:
After going 4-12 there were a lot of surprises during our turnaround. The obvious one is Kendall Irving. DeAngelo Smith and Nigel Malone were also pleasant surprises. I'm going to say Kawaan Short though. He was a huge disappointment in 2014 and I tried to unload him on draft day for a second round pick. Nobody bit, and I'm glad they didn't, he was much improved against the run and consistently pressured the quarterback all season. Had 9 sacks for us and got 2 more in the Pro Bowl.

JUSTIN::
7. If you could Pick any player in the GZL to be on your team who would it be an why?
Paul Willis:
Mario Williams. Was heartbroken that I had to trade him and wasn't satisfied with the value that was offered in return but at the time I had no choice. A few years later and I'm not as depressed since I ended up with Reuben Randle and Dallas Thomas out of the deal, but it's still tough to see him putting up monster numbers and going to the Super Bowl with the Hawks. Hoping Cornelius Washington eventually turns in to a similar player for us, but I doubt we'll ever truly replace him.

JUSTIN::
8. #8 Loosing by 3 points in the Playoffs aginst the Raiders it has to sting is there anything you could have done diffrent to extend your season or did your team give it there all and fall short ?
Paul Willis:
I mentioned it in the game thread, but I did seriously consider starting Orton over Irving for the playoffs since he was so much more polished. I ended up chickening out because I thought Irving had some magic in him and the 4 interceptions he threw cost us the game at the end. So now I've been in 3 playoff games and lost all by 3 in the last minute.

JUSTIN::
9. I myself like cold weather snowy games. If you were in the big game and you could choose the weather in an open stadium, what would you pick and why?
Paul Willis: I'd like snow as well. Not enough to affect the field of play, but a nice flurry that would look cool on camera and give the game more of an atmosphere. Kinda like the snow in the Army/Navy game right now.

JUSTIN::
10. In the span of the next 3 seasons, how many Division Championships, Conference Championships, and Super Bowl Championships will your team have?
Paul Willis: I didn't get a ring last season, but over the next 3 years I'm planning on getting 3 rings.
