Rookie of the Year Tracker (Final)
By Keith Van Wagner
Special to gzl-football.com

It’s official – the 2016 regular season is in the books! Time to crown the Rookie of the Year. The rookies have been dropping in and out of the Top 10 since the first time we checked in on the first year class. Every time we’ve gauged the best of the young guns, the top position has changed – at least until this week. In Week 1, the top candidate was WR Mark Perez; for Week 2 the best of the best was WR Rick Urban; by the midway point, DE Amos Houston seemed poised to take the title; and then by Week 13, HB Gerald Campbell emerged and hasn’t looked back.

Please note that even if a team loses, I don't hold that against a player who has made exceptional efforts on the field. Lastly, this is meant for entertainment purposes only, so let's keep it civil, and if you don't like it, you are always welcome to make your own list.
