By Keith Van Wagner
Special to gzl-football.com

OK, seasonís overÖnothing to see here. Finally, 2015 is in the books. Itís been an exciting year for the rookies, as there have been dramatic swings as to who has been in the lead for rookie of the year from week-to-week. When we first looked in on the freshman class back in Week 3, Jets QB EJ Manuel seemed poised to be crowned the Rookie of the Year. By the time we checked back in Week 7, Manuel was fading and unheralded QB Matt Scott lead the race. In Week 11, Bears HB Bronze Pittman looked like the man to beat. It wasnít until Week 15, our last Tracker, that Houston QB and first pick overall Kendall Irving had begun pulling away from the pack. Now, at seasonís end, Irvingís status as the Rookie of the Year is finally cemented. Irving had an amazing year, completing 53.9% of his passes, throwing for nearly 3,100 yards, and finishing with 26 TDs and only 11 Ints.
